03Does the neighbourhood have high-speed Internet?+
Yes. A fibre-optic network serves the neighbourhood and provides high-speed connectivity.
04Are short-term rentals permitted?+
No. To preserve the community’s peaceful character, Airbnb-style short-term rentals are not permitted.
05What are the maintenance fees for common areas?+
